Why They're So Stupid
Not that racist, close-minded, Xenophobes READ my blog or read anything at all.....but in case they do accidentally stumble upon this page for some reason, I figured they would like to know that while they were freaking out about "America the Beautiful" being sung *GASP* in different languages, they might also like to know that the poem was written by Katherine Lee Bates. Bates left the Republican party in 1924 after rising xenophobic behavior. She was a feminist, a socialist and a lesbian.
So you wanna sing those facts in other languages? haha. Didn't think so.
Education is a powerful weapon. Even if you can't win a battle with the stupid people, you will win the war because they will implode on themselves. They never listen to your points because they don't understand or comprehend what you're saying, and eventually, they'll move onto something else irrelevant and call your points irrelevant because they don't understand you. This will isolate them further and further from other intelligent people and eventually they will all be together in some corner drinking the Kool-Aid while the rest of us actually carry the country. They are like little ants to me. I just want to flick them off of me.
Parasites.
I have just a couple other things to say, even thought they are obvious to me.....
We are a melting pot. Not sure what happened here, if these morons missed like 3rd grade history? But everyone is welcome. In fact, the only people we should export should be stupid people. I wish our Founding Fathers would have considered that as a basis.
Native Americans. The jig is up. We know there were people here before Columbus. I mean, how do you think the Native Americans felt when we came in with our weird European languages and STD's and diseases? COME ON!!!!! Don't be idiots! Everyone here is from somewhere else! I am a Daughter of the American Revolution. Both of my families have been here since around 1500, and you don't see me walking around acting like a prick.
Fear. People are afraid of what they don't know, so my advice is to educate yourself on a topic and get to know the people who you fear.
Be Open-Minded. Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it isn't there. The world is a big place and there are a lot of beliefs and ideas that you don't have to agree with, but if you don't want to be an idiot, you should at least be open to them and listen.
No respectful person wants to hear hateful opinions. Racist, hateful people only have a right to their opinions because of people like me, who have open minds. We actually protect Freedom of Speech, even for the idiots. Even though we don't want to hear you, you should think about why you're allowed to say stupid things. We are the ones tolerating you, not the other way around. What are you doing for us??? Nothing. Making us feel smarter. And you know, no. You should not be allowed to hurt people! Shut up. No one wants to hear you. If someone asked me "You think you're better than me because you aren't a racist and I am?" Well, yeah, actually, I am. Racists get upset that they "don't get an opinion".....well, you can have that opinion......but only with other morons. And walls. That's it. Shut up around me.
My Friends. I take personal offense to anyone stupid, arrogant, and close-minded about foreigners, immigrants, and different races. You'd better be prepared to say it to my face.....I may be short and small, but I am calm, measured, intelligent, and I will light into you because I have a huge heart for other people. The only opinion that I don't listen to is one full of hate, spite and sin. I have no respect for anyone like that and Jesus Christ and his Father are the only ones allowed to judge in my eyes. A lot of my friends' parents and grandparents came here to our country. You're personally upsetting me. First I will respectfully tell you why you are wrong, and if you're still idiotic, you're dead to me.
Golden Rule. Really. How would you feel?
I am not always right, but I know it and admit it. I am open to other opinions and viewpoints....and that's why I am not an idiot. If you are always right, you need to stop and think about that. Is it a coincidence? HMMMMMM. Nope. You're just really that stupid.
